I have 2 external vents in my kitchen walls one behind the kitchen units and one near my back door. These are no longer needed and I would like to have then filled from the outside of the house. Possibly with expanding foam and cement? The vents are the size of 2 bricks. Please quote to fill these.

I am looking for a builder who is able to carry out some internal reconfiguration work for me, namely removing an internal (load bearing) wall, blocking up an external door, changing a window into french doors, reopening up a fireplace and fitting soundproofing boards (to ceiling and one wall).

I have recently hired an architect who will be producing drawings for this work (incluidng obtaining the planning permission needed) and the drawings will be produced within the next couple of weeks so ideally I would like a builder lined up to start this work as soon as possible.

I have recently moved into a 1 bed flat and am in the process of redecorating. I have started to remove the (woodchip) wallpaper covering the walls / ceiling and there are a number of walls requiring work. I am not certain exactly what level of repair they need but there are cracks and some surfaces are uneven.

What I am looking for in total is:
* Removing the remaining wallpaper from the bedroom, living room and hallway (currently the bedroom walls are largely done but need finishing off)
* Making good walls for painting (whether that needs skimming, plastering etc.)
* Replacing beading and skirting board
* Installing coving

What I would also be interested in advice on depending on skills would be:
* Replacing build in wardrobe doors
* Relocating Washing Machine to hallway and building cupboard for it

Hi, I have bought a new flat and I want a bathroom replaced and to add a new shower, a boxroom to be created into a bathroom, therefore will need new pipe work and drainage to the rear of the flat. 5. Repair original tiling in bathroom if possible and as required.
6. Bath requires re-surfacing (eg by renu bath). Owner can arrange this if preferred.
7. Fit kitchen. Only base unit will be under sink. Otherwise appliances (fridge, stove, slim line dishwasher and washing machine) will take up all floor space, so just require supports, counter top and sink.
3 or 4 wall units plus fan over cooker.
Narrow counter top on opposite wall.
7. Plumb in dishwasher and washing machine.
8. If funds permit, build fitted wardrobe in bedroom across 1 wall.

Our garden end perimeter wall crashed down in the storm. It is 5m long and 2m high. On top we had mounted a 60cm wooden screening. There is a private alley on the back. Need rebuilding to a standard that ensures it cannot fall again. The wall was rendered white on the front and we would want that again so can be made of cheaper blocks (the old one was). Need removal of old wall - base is still standing.
