Great service from Sam, he talked me through my ideas and gave good suggestions for our extension. Very polite, excellent communication and no pressure. Although he did not get the final job he did do the drawings for us (at a very reasonable price) and I would definately recommend him.

Work History
Sam Reid started as a sole trading Builder in 2001 working on a range of domestic projects including extensions and refurbishments.
As his reputation spread and work increased the business naturally grew and it was necessary to employ other tradesmen. In 2005 Sam setup S Reid Services Ltd with the intention of setting new standards for quality and value for money in the construction industry.
Since S Reid Services Ltd was formed we have grown steadily and now employ the very best tradesmen, architectural technicians and project managers in order to provide a true ‘from conception to completion’ service across the East Midlands.
