He came out on a Sunday morning to assess the job which someone else had messed up. He came again to meet the building inspector to work out how to put things right, spent a lot of time with us before he even knew we were going to give him the job. Alex and his team worked hard to give us a quality roof which we are 100% happy with. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him.

new slate roof,chimneys and parapet walls re-built in lime mortar
chimney pots located to match existing pots, coping stone located to match existing stone to comply with conservation requirerments
re-flashing after lead was stolen, the replacement has no re-sale value , so is less likley to be stolen.
lead flashing replaced with fake lead after being stolen.
build the decking then treat with an anti slip paint
total re-roof in a sandtoft shire pantile
re-roof in a hand made clay pan tile and ridge tile, re-point the wall in the original lime mortar [400yr old listed building ]
replace flatroof repoint the wall in the original lime mortar replace the pitched roof with a hand made clay pan tile [ old listed building ]
re-build the chimney in the original lime mortar, re-tile in slate with slate ridges. repair sandstone plague [ 200 yr old listed building
large canopy built to customers size requirements
re-felt using a breathable membrane relaying the original roof tiles

underfelted and reslated using the existing slates, all the new slates where put on the back roof where they where less noticable
