He worked within my limited schedule and on short notice. He worked quickly and was very professional. He appeared to get the majority of the stains out of the rug, however most if not all returned. I think if we had paid extra to have the pad replaced we would have had better results. We didn't know what the stains were from exactly (short sale purchase), so he did the best he could on limited information.

Response by Magic Touch Carpet Cleaning of Tampa Bay: Again I can't fix what I don't know about. I guarantee cleaning & spots for 90 days this was done in April. It is now October. Depending on the type & color of carpet there are problems sometimes. I am sorry but if she would have called me I would have fixed any problems.

Arrived on time - very clean appearance. He cleaned a very old couch in the den area, then the hallway and pool area. An absolute 5 star job. I can recommend him highly . From the moment he arrived he never stopped working until the job was done. I will definitely hire him again and will spread the word to my friends.

This was a rental property and we had a profound pet odor. He came out and cleaned and deodorized the carpets. When I went by that afternoon I still could detect a slight odor. I asked him if he could come back and retreat the carpets. His answer was "no problem". We met at the property 2 days later and the odor was gone. Was very impressed that he would return without any hesitation. Would definitely recommend this company. Very satisfied.
