1. Due to contractual obligations, your admission voucher may not be valid for all films. Patrons are advised to check with their chosen cinema before visiting.
2. Vouchers are subject to BBFC film classification restrictions and Showcase general terms and conditions. Patrons must be eligible to see their chosen movie. Proof of age may be required.
3. Showcase reserve the right to refuse admission. The manager's decision is final.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
5. Vouchers do not give the bearer priority over other patrons.

Cineworld cinema tickets Terms and conditions:
1. To be valid when presented for exchange, vouchers must be complete and not damaged in any way.
2. Vouchers may be exchanged for one adult ticket for any performance at any Cineworld cinema in the UK or Republic of Ireland, excluding London West End (Chelsea, Fulham Road, Haymarket and Shaftesbury Avenue), and occasions where the cinema has been hired for special performances. Not valid for Delux or VIP seats.
3. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase tickets via the telephone booking line or internet.
4. Vouchers cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash.

1. Free cinema tickets can be exchanged for an admission ticket to any Vue Cinema except Vue West End.

5. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
6. Copied, damaged or defaced vouchers will not be accepted.

11. If the delivery address registered in your account is not a London postcode you will be sent a ticket which can only be used outside the M25. Please note that as well the cinemas stated in point 10., you will also not be able to use the cinema tickets in the following cinemas: Barnet, Beckenham, Epsom, Esher, Greenwich, Holloway, Kingston, Lee Valley, Muswell Hill, Putney, Richmond, Streatham, South Woodford, Surrey Quays, Uxbridge, Whiteleys and Wimbledon.
Empire cinema tickets Terms and Conditions:
1. This voucher entitles the bearer one 'Standard' Adult ticket for any advertised performance at any Empire cinema (excluding Leicester Square).
2. This voucher cannot be used to reserve tickets by telephone or on-line nor does it entitle the bearer priority over other guests.
3. This voucher cannot be used with any other offer.
