That's OK, because our aim is to bring out the best in one another. We believe that striving to be the best makes our lives more rewarding and exciting.

We perfect our craft by doing, not by talking endlessly about things we could do. We test our work constantly. Sometimes we fail, but our failures are opportunities to refine our craft and to make MyBuilder better than it's ever been before. Honed from exploring various flavours of agile and lean, we believe that our way of working helps us get the right things done at the right time.
Never a dull moment
We work hard, but that doesn't mean it's all work and no play. From the office helicopter to Nerf wars to team projects, we make sure work is a pleasure. We work well together because we play well together.

We work in the centre of the universe. At least it certainly feels that way. We reckon that if you spend this much time working, you might as well enjoy it. We do everything we can to enjoy work, and we’ve deliberately planted ourselves in Clerkenwell. We're within walking distance of several incredible coffee shops, we only drink amazing beer, and Exmouth Market has spoiled our tastebuds... but who can blame us? Come hang out and you'll soon agree.
