We have recently moved into this property and have some work that needs to be done. The property is a converted school house with 3.2 metre ceilings throughout and a lot of charm and great features throughout. We wish to to make it our own by making the rooms more functional and slightly more modern by moving some things around and adding storage. The floors right now are original exposed pine, probably oiled. They are nailed but loose around the heaters.

2. HALLWAY CLOSET-

Remove wall to expose cavity from floor to ceiling, create shelving including hanging space and add double jib door. This will involve moving electricity sockets and water supplies that are currently behind the wall.

3. ELECTRICITY SOCKETS AND LIGHTING –

5. WALL AND CEILING PAINTING –

Repaint interior walls including hallway, both bedrooms, kitchen and living area. This will involve removing the existing picture rails throughout all rooms, sticking back and repairing any unstuck lining paper.

Require a trench dug for a gas supply pipe on grass about 15feet long. This can be used for a water pipe too, but for the water pipe it needs to T of infant of the house door and a further trench dug in Concrete about 5 feet. A hole is required at the same depth as the trench outside, in side the house to allow the water pipe to come in. The house floor is concrete too. The trench needs to be 30cm wide and 800cm deep.
