Simon's standard of work is excellent. Not only in the work he has done for me in putting in a downstairs shower room and toilet and re-fitting the kitchen but I have also seen, first hand, 2 tumbledown period properties which he has restored to a very high standard. One was a pair of properties, a large farmhouse and a smaller property which only had the thick walls standing in the Brecon Beacons and the other was also a dilapidated farmhouse near Hereford. The work ran slightly over that which was anticipated, but was largely due to needing to work around the independent plumber and electrician. Simon's main strength is in understanding what needs doing and how to carry it through.
