House fandom, brace for impact: Dr. Cuddy is checking out. Sources confirm to TVLine that Lisa Edelstein — whose long-term contract expires this month — has opted not to return for the show’s eighth and likely final season.
Fox and NBC Universal declined to comment and there’s no word from Edelstein’s camp.
