Our Returns Policy

Extended Christmas Returns Policy: We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from Amazon.co.uk and dispatched during the period from November 1st, 2010 to December 31st, 2010 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st, 2011. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31st, 2010.

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Any seals and shrink-wrap must be intact and clothing, shoes and accessories must have labels or tags attached.

Thinking of returning an item?

To ensure the safe return of your items and the correct allocation of the items to your order, please follow the guidelines below:

• Please use our online Returns Support Centre to return all items that you have purchased directly from Amazon.co.uk (or third party items that have been Fulfilled by Amazon.)

  

• Please print the return label and include it in your return package. Do not change the size of the return label when printing or our scanners may not be able to read the label.
• If you cannot print the label, please include the payslip (the original or a copy) or a piece of paper with the name of the person who ordered the items, the order number and the reason for the return. The address to where the item is to be returned will be provided.
  
• Please use the Amazon.co.uk cardboard box and the manufacturer's original package to return the item.
• If you no longer have the Amazon.co.uk cardboard box, please include the name of the person who ordered the items and the order number in the sender field on the package.

Our 30-day returns guarantee

In the event of Amazon.co.uk sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Amazon.co.uk within 30 days. Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Amazon.co.uk confirms that a replacement will be issued.

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
