Install new bathroom, £400 Bathrooms"Tom and his team did a fantastic job - the only way we can describe our bathroom is that it looks like one you might see in posh hotel! The attention to detail and their attitude were first class - left them with the keys for the duration of the job and they always tidied up at the end of the day (even washing up the mugs!). We were so happy with their work that we've got them back to do the cloakroom and tile the splashback in the kitchen which were also finished to the highest standard."

To remove 8 tonnes of top soil, £250 Groundwork & Foundations"Mariusz inspected site & job before agreeing quote. Turns up as planned, ok, but does less than 1/4 of agreed job and demands payment, albeit reduced, essentially leaving me with same job and out of pocket. Was not careful on customer's site. Just another typical builder: never finishes job, wants more money, & always the customer's fault for greyed reasons based on the usual excuses (language, what customer said etc.) At the edn of the day, this builder saw job before bidding and then did not finish job. "

Fit walk in shower cubicle & change radiators, £875 Plumbing"I can most certainly recommend Pete. He fitted a walkin shower cubicle for me, tiled the whole area and fitted some radiatiors. All may I add with problems attached. He overcome them all in a highly professional and considerate manner. His approach to work is that the finish should be as he would expect if it was his own home. I cannot praise him enough :)"

Bathroom&toilet replacement: plumbing,tiling&elec, £1,375 Bathrooms"Joe and his team did an excellent job on installing and tiling my bathroom & toilet. The work was carried with a high degree of professionalism. I am absolutely delighted with their work and attention to detail. Joe understood my requirements for access to the bath plumbing and did an excellent job of providing an access panel in a tiled bath panel. David & Mark, the plumbers, persisted with installing the basin where I wanted it rather than where it was easiest to install it. Joe, Nigel, David and Mark were friendly, professional, understanding of my layout, colour scheme and desire for perfection. Would I employ them again? Yes. Would I recommended them? Yes. "

Living room fixing laminate flooring 20m2, £100 Flooring & Carpeting" Andy was professional, punctual and an expert in his job. Andy is an expert in plumbing, joinery, floor fitting and many other aspects of building trade so he offers a complete and comprehensive service of very high standard. The old floor was removed and taken away and the new laminate flooring was fitted in no time. Even difficult tasks did not faze him and he was cool, calm and collected throughout the job. He has great communication skills and throughout my dealings with NLPS1 he informed me of all developments using email and txt. Truly a cyber tradesman worthy of highest praise commendation for punctuality, good mannerism and single handled restoring one’s faith back in believing that there are still good individuals and exceptional tradesmen out there. I highly recommend NLPS1 for any building jobs out there, anyone looking for a good individual with a positive karma and skills to match should go ahead without any hesitation."

He was very helpful on materials & arrived early and worked late to finish it. It looks good & importantly it's now been 1+1/2 months & no leaking to downstairs!! Russell is a decent hard working trader who I'd use again & whom I'm happy to recommend. Thanks! "
