The Maternal and Child Health Library at Georgetown University provides the MCH community with accurate and timely information on a broad range of topics. Materials include the weekly newsletter MCH Alert, resource guides, full text publications, databases, and links to quality MCH sites.

Knowledge Paths
Child and Adolescent Nutrition
This electronic resource guide offers a selection of current resources that analyze data, describe public health campaigns and other promotion programs, and report on research aimed at identifying promising strategies for improving nutrition and eating behaviors within families, schools, and communities.

Mental Health in Children and Adolescents
This electronic resource guide offers a selection of recent, high-quality resources that address the goals outlined in the President's New Freedom Commission on Mental Health report and tap into the health, education, social services, and juvenile justice literature.

Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention
This electronic resource guide offers a selection of current, high-quality resources that analyze data, describe public health campaigns and other prevention programs, and report on research aimed at identifying causes and promising intervention strategies.

Knowledge paths on other MCH topics are available.

New Resources
A new bibliography on Prematurity is now available, along with the recent bibliography posted on Bullying and the organization resource list on Maternal Morbidity and Mortality.

The Bullying bibliography complements our knowledge path on Adolescent Violence Prevention, and the resource list extends the information in the bibliography, organization list, and knowledge path on Infant Mortality.

Resources on numerous other MCH topics are available as well.

Final Reports
The Library receives electronic copies of MCHB Projects final reports. They are cataloged into MCHLine
® and posted on this site on the Final Reports page.
